Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules that keep DueBid aligned with lawful tender workflows, payment-provider requirements, and safe SaaS operation.

Effective date: June 25, 2026

overview

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all DueBid users, workspaces, uploads, integrations, checkout activity, report artifacts, and support interactions.

You may use DueBid only for lawful business tender, proposal, evidence, and procurement decision-support workflows. You may not use DueBid to sell, facilitate, or support products, services, or conduct prohibited by law, payment-provider rules, or this policy.

processor fit

Payment-provider fit

DueBid's hosted checkout is intended for SaaS access, report-credit allocations, and digital report artifacts. You may not use DueBid or its checkout flow for physical goods, marketplaces, donations without a product, resale of third-party products, advertising sales, job boards, or professional services.

DueBid may reject, suspend, or refund purchases that create payment-provider risk or fall outside DueBid's digital SaaS product boundary.

prohibited categories

Prohibited categories

You may not use DueBid to prepare, support, sell, or facilitate tenders or business activity involving prohibited or restricted categories unless DueBid has expressly approved the use in writing and the activity is lawful and payment-provider eligible.

  • Illegal goods, illegal services, sanctions violations, export-control violations, or activity involving prohibited jurisdictions or restricted parties.
  • Adult, pornographic, sexually oriented, or NSFW content, including AI-generated sexual content.
  • Counterfeit goods, infringing material, unlicensed content, privacy-rights violations, or products for which you lack proper rights.
  • Gambling, pay-to-play auctions, sweepstakes, lotteries, games of chance with prizes, or betting-related services.

  • Debt relief, lending, mortgage, banking, money transmission, currency exchange, investment, crypto, NFT, stored value, or other regulated financial activity.

  • Homework or essay mills, fake references, document falsification, spyware, parental-control surveillance apps, malware, phishing, or circumvention tooling.
  • Dating services, timeshares, IPTV, private-label-rights products, master-resell-rights products, marketplaces, or resale arrangements for products you do not own.

procurement integrity

Procurement integrity

You may not use DueBid to manipulate a tender, falsify evidence, misrepresent certifications, evade procurement rules, coordinate bid rigging, conceal conflicts of interest, or submit content you know is false or materially misleading.

DueBid report artifacts must not be presented as legal opinions, procurement certifications, buyer approvals, or guarantees of compliance or award.

data rights

Data rights and confidentiality

You may upload only material you are authorized to process in DueBid. Do not upload trade secrets, personal data, export-controlled material, classified material, regulated data, third-party confidential information, or buyer-restricted content unless you have the right to do so and the selected DueBid workflow is appropriate.

You must remove unnecessary sensitive data before upload and use redacted-proposal or RFP-only modes when full proposal material is not needed.

security abuse

Security and abuse

You may not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing gates, file-safety checks, download controls, rate limits, or workspace access rules.

You may not upload malware, exploit payloads, credential material, secrets unrelated to the tender workflow, or content designed to attack models, reviewers, users, providers, or DueBid infrastructure.

ai misuse

AI and automation misuse

You may not use DueBid to generate deceptive procurement submissions, impersonate reviewers or authorities, create unlawful content, automate spam, scrape the platform, or reverse engineer models, prompts, security controls, or report-generation systems.

You remain responsible for validating outputs, source references, and final tender decisions before relying on any report artifact.

enforcement

Enforcement

DueBid may investigate suspected violations, remove content, block uploads, restrict downloads, suspend accounts, revoke report delivery, cancel subscriptions, refund or reverse purchases, and report unlawful activity where appropriate.

Report policy or security concerns through the approved public contacts once configured.
